By accessing, browsing, or using the MinutLook mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services or features.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and place orders on MinutLook. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.

MinutLook reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes a user does not meet these eligibility criteria.

To access certain features—such as placing orders, saving items to your wishlist, or using the wallet—you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify MinutLook immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account. MinutLook is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

MinutLook reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

All products listed on MinutLook are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. MinutLook reserves the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. MinutLook reserves the right to modify prices, offer promotional discounts, or discontinue products at any time.

In the event of a pricing error after an order has been placed, MinutLook will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. MinutLook reserves the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation notification or email.

MinutLook offers quick-commerce delivery (estimated 30–60 minutes) within supported service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors including weather, demand, traffic, or operational constraints. MinutLook is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MinutLook shall not be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the user.

MinutLook offers a "Home Trial" service for eligible products, allowing you to try clothing items before committing to a purchase. The delivery partner will wait for a limited window (approximately 10 minutes) while you try the items.

Items not kept must be returned to the delivery partner in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered during the trial will be charged to your account at the full listed price.

The Home Trial service is available only in select areas and for select products. MinutLook reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time.

MinutLook accepts returns on eligible products within the return window specified at the time of purchase (typically 30 minutes from delivery for standard orders, or 10 minutes for Home Trial orders). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to your original payment method or MinutLook Wallet within 5–7 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

MinutLook reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return policy criteria or appear to involve misuse of the returns system. Products marked as "Non-Returnable" (such as undergarments, swimwear, and customized items) are final sale.

MinutLook accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and the MinutLook Wallet. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate. MinutLook is not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees.

MinutLook Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Wallet balances may expire as per the terms communicated at the time of credit issuance.

The MinutLook Wallet is a digital wallet feature that allows you to store credits for future purchases. Credits may be earned through referrals, promotional campaigns, or approved refunds.

Referral rewards are credited to both the referrer and the referred user upon the referred user's first successful order. MinutLook reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, impose limits, or discontinue the program at any time.

Abuse of the referral program—including creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity—will result in forfeiture of all earned credits and potential account suspension.

All content on the MinutLook Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, software, and design elements—is the exclusive property of MinutLook or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from MinutLook. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Platform to transmit harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality; (d) submit false reviews or ratings; or (e) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.

MinutLook reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing offending content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinutLook, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

MinutLook's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to MinutLook in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MinutLook and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting MinutLook's customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

MinutLook reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
